PRACTICE
Maura O’Halloran Deegan is an Associate involved in transactional real estate matters, corporate law, and municipal matters. Maura has broad corporate real estate experience providing counsel to businesses involved in every kind of real estate transaction. She has represented lending institutions in commercial mortgage, term loan and construction loan transactions. Maura started her career in litigation specializing in professional malpractice defense, including defending claims against attorneys and accountants arising out of corporate and transactional matters.
